Chef Peter Petro created a menu that combines good ol’ American comfort food with contemporary flavors and cooking techniques. From light to heavy, there’s something for everyone’s appetite. Originally from a blue-collar city just north of Boston, he made his way to California, then Houston, after graduating from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. He regularly visits Georgia and North Carolina to spend time with family… and of course, eat.

Basking in the golden glow of soft lights  and caramel colored libations, a private Whiskey Room is waiting patiently for your curiosity to find it. Upon request, you may receive a tour of the whiskey room, which houses over 300 select bottles of Whiskey, Bourbon and Scotch from around the world. Learn about your favorite Whiskey from a Whiskey Specialist while sipping on a glass of your most recent discovery, or peruse through our Whiskey List.

  • Can't wait for Bosscat to open. Lived in Orange  since 1984. First home was the Queen Anne Victorian at S. Olive. Rod's was our go-to local market. We would also get our Block Ice from the Old Ice House when we were headed out for a weekend camping  trip. Lot's of memories and more to come!
